A retreat to honor inner space and clarity for the coming year
Treat yourself to a glorious nervous system reset. A day to rebalance, refocus and reclaim your space while receiving the gifts of movement, contrast therapy (cold plunge and sauna) and an expansive breathwork and sound bath experience, fully catered.
Timetable:
10:00AM Arrive and settle in with coffee, tea and baked goods
10:20AM Pilates, Deep Stretch, Breathwork + Guided Meditation with Shannon
12:00PM Catered lunch provided by The Wellness Den
12:30PM Contrast therapy (sauna and cold plunge)
2:20PM Breathwork and Sound Bath with Tyrell
3:00PM Retreat Ends

Shannon Cluff, STRONG&CALM Pilates Studio Founder + Owner
Shannon has been a leader in the fitness and yoga industry for over 22 years. She is the owner of STRONG&CALM Pilates studio
and trains teachers through her Mat Pilates Teacher Training program.

Her classes inspire mental clarity and physical confidence with a strong emphasis on breathwork, connection and community building.

Shannon has benefitted greatly from movement, contrast therapy and breathwork and she excited to bring them together for a beautiful day retreat at one of her favorite places, The Wellness Den
Tyrell Mara, The Wellness Den Founder + Owner
Tyrell has spent his life studying world-class optimal human performance across sport, business and life.
His life's work is equipping and empower leaders, aspiring individuals and teams with a roadmap and toolkit to perform, recovery and grow at their best. The Wellness Den is a sanctuary that combines classroom and playground where individuals and teams can come to invest in learning about and practicing their optimal performance and recovery toolkit.
