STRONG&CALM Pilates studio is locally owned and operated by Shannon Cluff, your proud Port Coquitlam neighbor. A long time resident of Vancouver, she moved to Poco in 2021 and has not looked back since. Shannon is a supporter of other local business, especially within the downtown core. She opened STRONG&CALM in the hopes of better supporting the health and wellness of our local community, connecting people to people and offering a holistic approach to fitness with a down-to-earth community vibe. Her goal is to create a thriving business while providing a space for new friends to meet and for community to grow.
