MAT PILATES 45
All experience levels, 45 minute Mat Pilates full body workout. Prepare to be challenged body, mind and spirit in this core-centered class focused deeply on improving your strength, flexibility, balance and overall health. Be sure to come hydrated with your own mat.

STRONG&CALM
STRENGTH 45 (Abs + Arms)
The name says it all! This class will ABSolutely build your core and upper body strength. Using 10lb weights and resistance bands and targeting the arms and shoulders, chest, side body and back, you'll cycle through a set workout for that week and finish with a satisfying core-burning Pilates-inspired abdominal series.

Our signature set STRONG&CALM Mat Pilates exercise series. All levels but also the perfect class for newbies to Pilates or anyone interested in the finer details of the exercises so that you can get the most out of every class. Strong focus on alignment and breath-centered movement with slow and steady pacing that will improve your full body flexibility, strength and balance.

STRENGTH 60 (Full Body)
This is the queen of all workouts! Challenge every muscle in your body to get stronger in this full body strength upgrade. Using 10lb dumb bells and resistance bands and targeting the arms and shoulders, chest, side body, back, glutes and legs you'll cycle through a set workout for that week and finish with a satisfying core-burning Pilates-inspired abdominal series.

PILATES + STRETCH 60
Looking for a little core and calm? This is the class.
45 minutes of energizing Mat Pilates followed by a 15 minute relaxing deep stretch. Our STRONG&CALM Mat Pilates classes are a full-body workout using light weights and resistance bands. Work up a sweat and then finish the class with some grounded, seated stretches for the legs, back, shoulders and hips.

DEEP STRETCH RESET
Deep Stretch Reset is a candle light class focused on untangling ourselves from the stress of everyday living. Enjoy slow, deep seated stretches, work out those knots in your back using massage balls and rollers and unwind mentally using breathwork and guided relaxation-based meditation. Set to soft music and led by an experienced teacher in relaxation techniques.
