Booking Classes and Payment
All class booking, payment transactions and class cancellations are completed through the Momence App. The easiest and most convenient way to do both is by downloading the app through your app store. Bookings, purchases and class cancellations can be done through the website or the app.
Class Cancellations
To avoid losing a class, class cancellations can be done up to 12 hours prior to the class start time. Classes cancelled less than that 12 hours before a class time will be subject to one class taken from the total pack amount. Out of respect for other community members we ask that you complete a cancellation if you cannot attend your booking time so that someone from the waitlist can be added to the class.
Membership Terms and Conditions
-All memberships are subject to set time periods and firm expiry dates.
-To avoid having a class booking being deducted from a membership or class pack the class must be cancelled before 12 hours prior to the class start time.
-No late-comers will be admitted to class. All late-comers will be considered a no show and the class will automatically be deducted from the trial class pack, membership, regular class pack or drop-in.
-Memberships and Class Packs can be put on hold for $5.00 (+gst) per week on hold. Request to hold by email.
-30 days notice is required to cancel an auto-renew membership.
-FOUNDERS rates will expire when an auto-renew FOUNDERS membership is cancelled.
-An active credit card is required to be kept on file for all auto-renew memberships.
-Transaction fees applied to every credit card purchase.
-Class Packs cannot be shared or transferred.
-No minor under the age of 15 will be permitted to take class
-No refunds, all sales are final
Late Policy
No person will be allowed to enter a class once the class has started, no exceptions. Anyone not checked in at the start of class time will be deducted from their subscription or class pack. Once the front door is locked, there is no late entry.
