The  STRONG&CALM Story

At the very heart of STRONG&CALM Pilates studio is the desire for all people (especially women) to find joy in their fitness experience and a home in their fitness community. For way too long we have been fed the myth that in order to feel good and get fit, that our workouts should feel exhausting. It doesn't have to be this way. Our approach to fitness puts the focus on how you want to feel: energized, clear minded, calm and strong. We do this through regular mobility, stability, strength and resistance training, as well as learning how to regulate your nervous system through breathwork. 

Getting healthy and finding peace within doesn't need to feel forced and self-sacrificing. STRONG&CALM Pilates studio was born out of the belief that a fitness class can be both challenging and effective while also feeling grounded and connected.

Our Mat Pilates classes and strength classes not only build strong bodies, they also calm minds and open hearts.

Our mission? To introduce you to your strongest, calmest self.
